She is a very cautious respectful runner who had a clear lane when she passed your daughter who tripped Izzy and thus they both went down, watch the video.  If there was an issue you should have filed a complaint for a review of the finish, but since they simply got tripped up I assume this is the reason you decided not to.  Izzy is an incredible athlete who cares about all of her fellow competitors so please hold back on the slander.
